Tools we build because the problem is real.

Our products come out of services work — we hit the same problem enough times that we built a solution once and made it available to everyone. Each one is maintained by the same task force that built it.

Vectr

Requirements go in. Gaps, contradictions, and missing decisions come out — before engineering starts.

Vectr reads your requirements and thinks about them the way a senior analyst would. It spots where two requirements clash, where a user flow has no exit, where a call has been left unmade. The kind of thing nobody catches until an engineer asks the question in standup — usually two weeks in.

Built for: Product managers, engineering leads, startup founders

What it does

  • Reads requirements documents, user stories, and diagrams
  • Flags gaps, contradictions, and unmade decisions
  • Works with Notion, Confluence, or plain text

MediSync

A fitband and app that lets families abroad monitor elderly parents — quietly, reliably, without the bracing.

MediSync is a purpose-built health wearable for elderly parents whose families live overseas. A small band watches heart rate, SpO₂, temperature, and falls around the clock. The family app — CareCircle — gives everyone across time zones the same dashboard and real-time alerts. When something flags as serious, the family gets called. If no one picks up, emergency services do.

Built for: Diaspora families, elderly individuals living semi-independently, caregivers

What it does

  • Continuous heart rate, SpO₂, and temperature monitoring
  • Fall detection — real falls, not stumbles
  • CareCircle app: shared dashboard across the whole family
  • Escalating alerts — family first, then emergency services with last known location

Ikat

Find a tutor you can trust, book a session, and get help — without the back-and-forth of asking around.

Ikat — short for I Know A Tutor — connects students and parents with vetted tutors and handles the parts that usually go wrong: matching the right tutor to the subject, scheduling, and keeping track of sessions. It started as a way to make private tutoring less of a word-of-mouth lottery.

Built for: Students, parents, and tutors

What it does

  • Matches students with tutors by subject and level
  • Booking and scheduling in one place
  • Vetted tutors, not an open marketplace

More on the way.

We're early on two more products — one in developer tooling, one in AI for operations. Both came out of problems we kept hitting in client work. If you want early access, or want to tell us about a problem you keep running into, get in touch.
